"I think they'll be annoyed when they find out," said a spokesman for police in the western city of Duesseldorf. The case's owner, a 57-year-old Iranian businessman, had reported it missing as he prepared to board a flight in Duesseldorf airport. A policewoman later found it -- ransacked, but still containing the two cash-filled envelopes.
